Senior AI Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution—ideal for someone who can translate complex business problems into scalable AI systems and guide stakeholders from concept to production.

You will work directly with executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI strategies, and implement solutions across machine learning, generative AI, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory 
  • Partner with leadership to identify high-impact AI opportunities 
  • Define AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives 
  • Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and ROI 
• Solution Design & Architecture 
  • Design end-to-end AI/ML and generative AI solutions 
  • Architect scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks 
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools, models, and infrastructure 
• Hands-On Development 
  • Build and deploy machine learning and/or LLM-based applications 
  • Develop prototypes and production-grade systems 
  • Fine-tune models, optimize performance, and ensure reliability 
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations 
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
• Governance & Best Practices 
  • Implement AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks 
  • Ensure ethical AI use, data privacy, and model transparency 
  • Establish MLOps / LLMOps best practices 

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related field 
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments 
• Strong experience with: 
  • Machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) 
  • LLMs and generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) 
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 
• Experience designing scalable architectures and deploying models (APIs, microservices) 
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) 
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting or client-facing roles 

• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering 
• Experience with data engineering (ETL pipelines, data lakes/warehouses) 
• Background in a specific industry (e.g., media, healthcare, finance, retail) 
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or mentoring junior engineers
